ACA Swiftwater River Rescue Instructor Certification

Learn how to teach people how to be safe on the river.

This 4 day clinic is just like our Kayak instructor certification except that we cover Swiftwater Rescue. At the end of this course you may be certified as an ACA Swiftwater Instructor.

Prerequisites: Kayakers should have 2-3 years of experience and have solid class III to IV boating skills and have attended a Swiftwater Rescue Course.

Refund Policy
Classes cancelled 48 hours or more in advance are able to be rescheduled (subject to availability) without penalty. Within 48 hours of the class start time, funds are committed and you will be charged for the class. Refunds will only be given if RA Guides is unable to provide the class as described.

Note: This clinic will be customized based on river features, water levels and students needs and skills.
